Graphic designer

We are looking for a full-time junior/intermediate graphic designer familiar with the online space. Working from home, but with regular meetings in Vancouver.



The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Fluent in English with excellent communications skills (additional language would be good)

• Willingness to learn

• Have the ability to work efficiently and autonomously

• Have an attention to detail

• A qualification in web design is ideal, but not a necessity.

• A portfolio (a list of links to previous projects will suffice)



Must have in-depth knowledge of:

◦ Hand-coding HTML/CSS (including CSS3 techniques)

◦ Debugging website code

◦ Standard website management processes (FTP, file management, hosting ect)

◦ Content Management Systems (primarily Wordpress)



Some experience in the following areas is also preferable:

◦ Using Photoshop (or similar) to create website graphics.

◦ HTML Email Newsletters

◦ Social Media Integration

◦ Designing for both PC and Mac platforms
