About us
We’re Art Does Ads, a small but growing marketing agency that builds ad campaigns for clients in the US and beyond.
We’re searching for a designer to join our remote team — someone who loves making ads that grab attention and convert. Most of the work will be static and motion ads, but soon we’ll also have a YouTube channel, so video editing will become part of the mix.
What you’ll do
Design banner ads and static visuals for Google, Meta, and other platforms.
Create motion ads (short animated videos, stories, reels, etc.).
Put together multiple ad versions for testing and localization.
Work closely with our ad specialists to match design with performance goals.
Keep creatives on-brand.
Help with YouTube channel editing once we launch.
What we’re looking for
At least 2 years of design experience (ads, digital marketing, or similar).
A portfolio that shows strong static design and motion work.
Skilled in Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Basic to good video editing experience (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
Good eye for design — layout, typography, and colors matter to you.
Comfortable working in English (enough to understand briefs and give updates).
Reliable, detail-oriented, and independent.
Bonus points if you have
Experience with UGC-style ads and short-form social video trends.
Tried out AI design tools like ChatGPT image gen, MidJourney, Firefly, or Runway.
Worked on ads for international audiences before.
