Focusing to strengthen our communications strategy at a global scale and to further enhance the Pedersen & Partners brand across all regions, our firm seeks to hire a Global Communications Manager located in our Shared Service Centre in Chisinau, who will play a key role in the promotion and positioning of Pedersen & Partners in all local markets, and develop the firm towards becoming a globally renown brand within the executive search industry.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a solid brand ambassador and ensure extended brand awareness and visibility across on-line, broadcast and printed communication channels;
- Develop and maintain marketing materials and documents, such as firm brochure, website, branded materials, emailing campaigns, general firm announcements etc.;
- Develop and maintain strong media relations (newspapers, magazines, online outlets and TV broadcasts suitable for Pedersen & Partners’ target audience);
- Prepare press releases, articles and presentations and ensure their distribution to media outlets;
- Support Consultants in their efforts to promote and correctly position our brand and services in the local markets;
- Organize, in cooperation with other firms, business events and explore opportunities to ensure presence of Pedersen & Partners Consultants at events.
Profile:
- Any nationality
- University degree, Journalism, Public Relations or Communications would be a plus;
- Proven knowledge and/or good understanding of general communications and marketing practice;
- Is keen to work on a global scale;
- May have previous experience in marketing and communications in the executive search and recruitment industry, or as a specialist in a B2B, communications environment, marketing department of a multinational consulting or services firm, or other such relevant work experience;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- International work experience is a benefit;
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must. Knowledge of other languages will be an asset;
- Highly self-motivated and able to operate autonomously when necessary;
- Highest possible ethical and professional standards;
- Humble, practical, hands-on attitude, flexible, able to cope with high level management consulting issues as well as practical daily duties.
