Position Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be part of the Implementation Team, located in Bucharest, Romania, and his/her responsibilities include but are not limited to the following activities:
Technician/Technical Consultant, Experienced Technical Genesys Consultant/Hands on supporting and extending solutions for our wide range of customers to define technical specifications.
Have implemented at least one real business function with the Genesys product (eg defined and implemented routing strategies) or implemented a software based solution with Genesys (SIP, IVR, CTI). Interested in what makes contact centers tick with experience or interest in IP telephony.
Implementation of the following modules is required. Experience of Genesys Platform (Software v7.6 and v8.0) including configuring, troubleshooting & testing of:
- Genesys CIM (Framework, Inbound Voice & multimedia Routing)
- Genesys GVP IVR
- Genesys Outbound
- Genesys CCPulse / CCAnalyzer
- Genesys eservices (e-mail)
- Genesys Agent Desktop / Genesys Interaction Workspace
Candidate Profile:
• University degree in IT / Computer Science;
• You need to have strong hands-on technical background with the Genesys product set from an implementation background with demonstrable Genesys experience of at least 1 year for Junior and 3-5 years for Senior.
• Good writing/presentation skills;
• Strong capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Creative problem solving skills. Self confidence, self motivated.
• Proficient in English (speaking and writing).
