Genesys consultant

Position Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be part of the UniSystems SRL Team, located in Bucharest, Romania, and her/his responsibilities include but are not limited to the following activities:
Genesys Solution design, implementation of Genesys 8 or v7 solutions into new and existing clients; enhancements of existing Genesys deployments. You must be an experienced Genesys Consultant/Technical Specialist with hands-on experience of multiple, large scale Genesys environments.
Broad knowledge of the Genesys product suite v7 or v8, multi-channel (email/web), Voice Platform, Agent Desktop etc.
Experienced in a number of the following modules:
- Genesys CIM Platform
- Genesys Voice
- Genesys eServices
- Genesys Voice Platform (IVR)
- Virtual Hold for Genesys
- Genesys intelligent Workload Distribution
- Genesys SIP
- Genesys Workforce Management
- Genesys Infomart-Interactive Insights
- Genesys Desktop
- Genesys Interaction Workspace
- Genesys Gplus Adapters
- Genesys SDKs
- Genesys Quality Management

Candidate Profile:

• University degree in IT / Computer Science;
• At least 1 year of professional experience in IT;
• Excellent writing/presentation skills;
• Ability to participate in meetings and provide guidelines and instructions;
• Strong capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Creative problem solving skills. Self confidence, self motivated.
• Proficient in English (speaking and writing).
