Vineyard invites applications from high caliber professionals for the position of
VINEYARD GENERAL MANAGER


I. Description of position:

1.1 General Manager of small – vineyard, producing of high quality Mediterranean wines, (40 hectares, 7 permanent employees, 150 000 bottles per year)

1.2 General duties and management of state following business activities:

* Agriculture and land cultivation.
* Wine production.
* Sales and marketing.
* Real Estate and mini hotel promotion.
* Organization of events related with wine tourism.

II. Profile of the candidate:

2.1 Age 40-55 years.
2.2 Wine agricultural education.
2.3 Experience for more than 10 years in vineyard management in the top management position.
2.4 Driving license for the car. It will be appreciate additionally, the licenses and experiences to work with other agricultural machinery.
2.5 Experience and contacts for wine sale or similar products in Russia and former soviet republics.
2.6 Languages: excellent command of written and spoken Russian- English, or/ and Russian-French.
2.7 Previous experience of working abroad.

III. General conditions of contract:
3.1 Period: 3 years with renewal till 5 years.
3.2 Probation period 6 month.
3.3 A very attractive remuneration package, including about 80-100% conditional bonus related to the annual financial result (profit).
3.4 Company telephone and car.
3.5 Accommodation during the contract in the property for the candidate and his family.
3.6 Other facilities and compensations for travels from current residence to the state.
