GENERAL MANAGER -Chisinau (Telecom Software)

Our client is a multinational consultancy company at this moment is opening a Branch in Chisinau, Moldova. Therefore we are recruiting an outstanding candidate who posses managerial and project development knowledge combined with English and Romanian languages skills.

Description of the position:
Main functions and duties:

o Provide leadership and vision to the organization;
o Recruiting and coordinating project staff;
o Overseeing production and coordinating projects;
o Provide recommendation regarding investments and cash strategies;
o Preparing the annual budget;
o Implementing the company’s politics and procedures;
o Acting as a Business Developer on local market.

Job requirements:
1. Advanced knowledge of English language; Excellent written and verbal knowledge of Romanian language

2. A minimum of 3 years experience in people and business management;

3. A minimum of 5 years experience as software developer in C++ and Java;

4. University studies in IT field or related;

5. Experience in telecom software development is a plus;

6. Business oriented and very organized;

8. Ambition and willingness to develop further in the career.
