General Management Assistant
The company:
A well-known multinational company (FMCG sector), one of the world leaders on its market
Responsibilities:
•assist Management Team in their daily administrative activities
•offer a strong and confidential support to the Management Team
•manage travel desk for the whole organization
•provide support in corporate events organization and other administrative duties
•will strive for efficient communication with internal and external parties of company
•will strive for good inter-departmental information exchange and communication
Qualifications & Experience:
•University degree
•Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within an international environment;
•Event management experience
•Highly developed planning & organizing skills (related to agenda, meetings, conferences, travel and accommodation)
•Very good communication and problem solving abilities
•Proactive attitude, attention to details
•Excellent English knowledge (written and spoken)
•Good PC skills: MS Office
