General foreman

This is a new vacancy due to the continuous success and expansion of Erne contracting and a plethora of bidding opportunities within the industry. Erne Construction are currently experiencing substantial growth at present as a result of strategy to become a Tier One Contractor in the next three years, working on major projects. Works consist of major highways and associated civils works such as flood alleviation / defence.

The General Foreman will be responsible for managing the construction on a section or project dependent on the scale and complexity of the works involved. They will ensure that all works including those of suppliers and subcontractors are supervised and coordinated to deliver on health, safety, quality and environmental objectives.
