GENERAL DIRECTOR ASSISTANT OF IMC HOLDING

Responsibilities:
- Managing General Director's agenda;
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
- Handling telephone calls, enquiries and requests;
- Dealing with correspondence, writing letters, taking minutes of meetings;
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Coordinating relations within the department and with other departments;
- Ensuring communication and translation for the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
- 25-35 years old;
- University degree (preferably Economic);
- 2 years of experience preferably as director's assistant;
- Proficiency in Romanian, English and Russian;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
- High level of concentration and responsibility;
- Ability to follow instructions from the General Director;
- Ability to multi-task, and handle different jobs;
- Well organized and responsible.
