International company – leader in health care services provision – is currently in search of a highly professional General Coordinator that will take care of developing a new business.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Leading & driving the Admin, Finance, Sales and Marketing activity
- Business development
- Generating new sales leads
- Identifying opportunities for further business development scope
- Development, planning and monitoring strategic goals in order to improve business performance
- Identification, implementation and development, according to assigned resources, alternative methods of market coverage, in order to ensure maximization of sales
- Sales forecasting, annual budget and sales analysis
- Participating in developing the corporate brand strategy
- Developing and managing marketing tools
- Adopting a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing programs
Qualification requirements:
- University degree (preferably: economics, management, marketing or similar)
- Experience in new business development and management
- Extensive knowledge and deep understanding of business in general (administration, budgeting, sales, service, marketing, image, etc.)
- Computer literacy
- Proficiency in Russian, Romanian and English is a must
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Result-oriented
- Well-connected
