GENERAL COORDINATOR
International company – leader in health care services provision – is currently in search of a highly professional General Coordinator that will take care of developing a new business
Main duties and responsibilities:
Leading & driving the Admin, Finance, Sales and Marketing activity
Business development
Generating new sales leads
Identifying opportunities for further business development scope
Development, planning and monitoring strategic goals in order to improve business performance
Identification, implementation and development, according to assigned resources, alternative methods of market coverage, in order to ensure maximization of sales
Sales forecasting, annual budget and sales analysis
Participating in developing the corporate brand strategy
Developing and managing marketing tools
Adopting a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing programs
Qualification requirements:
University degree (preferably: economics, management, marketing or similar)
Experience in new business development and management
Extensive knowledge and deep understanding of business in general (administration, budgeting, sales, service, marketing, image, etc.)
Computer literacy
Proficiency in Russian, Romanian and English is a must
Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Result-oriented
Well-connected
