The GDS Expert will be responsible for assisting travel agents with flight options and providing them with additional information related to specific products.

Responsibilities include:
- Processing flight requests in a timely manner
- Providing agents with extra information related to specific products
- Maintaining stable GDS knowledge within the team
- Monitoring sales and verifying price drops
- Requesting feedback on processed requests and reporting to the supervisor as needed.

The ideal candidate will have previous GDS experience, knowledge of best practices in the travel industry, good English skills, and be a quick learner and highly organized.
