Due to our results, several clients chose to expand their collaboration with us and to become our partners.

As a concrete example, for one of our clients – a well known Switzerland parfumer producer – our focus together starting with 2011 will be to ensure performance, quality and security aspects while delivering another product that offers an awesome user experience. Therefore, we are looking for a highly professional Functional IT Project Manager.

Overview of your role
In this role of IT Project Manager, you feel capable and ready to represent and guide a development team in order to efficiently respond to the high-standard requirements. You will manage around 3 Team Leads and your added value will be to ensure an efficient flow of activities and communication throughout all the phases of an IT project.

More concrete details on what you will do
- You will coordinate software development projects and all related activities: research topics, architecture definition, studies, internal code reviews, estimations, and technical audits.
- You will drive innovation by coming up with new ideas for our products and processes.
- You will maintain a close relationship with the client, in order to ensure that the final result responds to it’s needs.
- You will also act as a mentor for the team members whenever needed, providing them with both positive and negative feedback.

Cerinte:

- Excellent understanding of different IT technologies;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Management skills – for handling priorities, risks, deliverable assurance, quality assurance as well as team management – are highly valued;
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
