Full-stack php developer

We are looking for a Full-Stack PHP Developer with JavaScript skills. While you might be responsible for some CSS as part of your tasks, the focus is on backend development and the front-end required to work with it. You should be able to handle a task like building a basic multi-user messaging system including:

Handle reasonably complex mysql queries
Build a restful API
Building a UI to view graphs and data pulled from the API you just built
Consider performance when coding and handling caching data
The ability to test and determine ways to decrease load times

Techs must have:
Great PHP OOP Features of PHP 5.3 - 5.6
CodeIgniter, Symfony, Laravel or similar experience
WordPress experience
Understanding of PSR-0, PSR-1 and PSR-2.
PHPUnit or similar
Good JavaScript (Not just jQuery)
Reasonable CSS
