Front-end developer, back end developer, test engineer, scrum master.

1. Senior Front-end Developer

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years experience as a developer with 4+ years in web applications development
- Tech lead or senior role with coaching of junior team members: three, four juniors
- Must have tech requirements: Javascript, HTML, CSS + at least one of the preferred requirements
- Preferred tech requirements: Dojo, Angular, JQuery, Responsive design implementation (eg Bootstrap)
- Relevant Agile Scrum development methodology as a scrum team member (1-2 years min).

2. Junior Front-end Developer

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience as a developer, 2+ in web applications development
- Must have tech requirements: Javascript, HTML, CSS + at least one of the preferred requirements
- Preferred tech requirements: Dojo, Angular, JQuery, Responsive design implementation (eg Bootstrap)
- Relevant Agile Scrum development methodology as a scrum team member (1-2 years min).

3. Senior Back end Developer

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in development with J2EE, Spring, hibernate, JPA, SOA, Web Services, SOAP, XML, Tomcat, Oracle Database, SQL, Test-driven development. Preferable: Agile methodology, Drools, hazelcast.

4. Junior Back end Developer

Requirements:
- Experience in development with J2EE, Spring, hibernate, JPA, Web Services, SOAP, XML, Tomcat, Oracle Database, SQL, Test-driven development. Preferable: Agile methodology, SOA, Drools, hazelcast.

5. Test Engineer

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in J2EE, Selenium (or equivalent), Code tests using Java /Spring /Mock-up/ JUnit, SOAPUI, estimate QA complexity and work for User Stories, test suite execution, result analysis and reporting. Preferable: Agile methodology.

6. Scrum Master

Requirements:
- Certified Scrum Master with Minimum 3 years of experience, excellent team player and team builder, ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment; experience in a Java/SOA environment is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
- Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
- Must have exceptional leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential
- Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines
- Banking industry experience strongly preferred.
