French Presale Technical Support Engineer

OpenLM is looking for an IT expert / Technical support engineer for the Chisinau branch.
Requirements:

Fluent French is 100% required
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Good Understanding of the Directory and the Domain Management
Good understanding of the Linux operating system
Good troubleshooting and resolution skills

Responsibilities:

Supporting Openlm office domain needs/help desk
Technical Support Engineer is working with the customer's business, troubleshooting networking and interconnectivity problems
Participate with account managers in webinars and demos for the customer (in English)
Participate in customer PoC (proof of concept)
