Freight operator

Responsibilities:
• Identifying potential clients, negociating and concluding new transport contracts
• Receiving and registering the orders of the clients
• Operating the transport activities according to these orders
• Ensuring that the transport is performed under the best conditions, with minimum costs
• Developing the haulier data-base as well as keeping close contact with the existing ones
• Preparing/checking all the documents necessary for the transport; keeping clear record of all the transport files
• Performing all the requested reports for the direct superior
• Supervising contracts and cash performance
Requirements:

• Excellent command of written and spoken Enghish for this specific field is mandatory. Russian knowledge is also very important.
• Another foreign language would be an asset
• Experience within the transport & international forwarding field would be an advantage
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
• Effective communication skills, at all levels of the organization, good planing, negotiation and organization skills
• Agreeable and fast adapting personality, flexible, dynamic and pro-active attitude.
