Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Reps with Quotes & Rates: Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate quotes for customers.
- Maximize Margins: Negotiate and cover loads at the best possible rates to maximize profit.
- Carrier Outreach: Engage carriers for pricing and availability, ensuring smooth operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our operations team to streamline processes and ensure successful deliveries.
- Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.

Skills & Experience:
- Trucking Knowledge: Familiarity with the U.S. trucking market is a strong asset.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential for client and carrier interaction.
- Attention to Detail: Must have excellent time management and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a freight brokerage or trucking role.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
