We're looking for a Freight Broker Sales Representative to join our team in Chisinau.
Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Salary range 9000 lei up to 45,000 lei (9000 lei flat + commission)
Working hours Monday-Friday from 15:00 till 00:00 (Moldova Time Zone)
Your responsibilities:
Make Outbound Calls to Obtain New Business and to Move Freight for Existing Customers
Negotiate Rates
Track Shipments and Provide Updates to the Customer
Generate Business Leads
Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
1 year Proven Freight Experience Preferred
Effective Communication Skills
Work-from-home program
Required competencies:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the freight Brokerage Industry or Sales Representative
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient user of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of English (B2-C1).
