* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building relationships with carriers and shippers, negotiating rates, and resolving issues.

* Customer Focus: Dedication to providing excellent customer service is a must. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their freight needs are met efficiently.

* Problem-Solving: The ability to think on your feet and find creative solutions to challenges is highly valued in this role.

* Sales Acumen: Sales skills are beneficial as you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and growing your book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a liaison between shippers and carriers to coordinate the transportation of goods.

* Negotiate freight rates and contracts with carriers to ensure cost-effective solutions.

* Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.

* Monitor shipments to ensure they are executed smoothly and resolve any issues that may arise.

* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
