Fleet Coordination Specialist (Dispatch) — 2% Gross Revenue Bonus

(Dispatch) — 2% Gross Revenue Bonus APL Solution S.R.L. supports a U.S. trucking operation running 100+ late-model tractors (2020–2023) across brands such as Peterbilt, Mack, Freightliner, Western Star, and Volvo. We move expedited dry-van and refrigerated freight nationwide and work with major national brokerages (e.g., TQL, Coyote, Echo).
As a Fleet Coordination Specialist, you’ll steer the day-to-day flow of loads, keep drivers and brokers aligned, and ensure every mile is profitable and compliant.
Compensation & perks

Base range: $2,000–$5,000/month (performance driven)
Bonus: 2% of load gross (performance incentive)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 15:00–24:00 (Chișinău time)

What you’ll do

Build and execute daily load plans for dry-van and reefer lanes
Coordinate proactively with drivers, brokers, and internal teams
Track progress, appointment times, and HOS; escalate exceptions fast
Keep precise notes in the system and drive process improvements
Balance revenue, service commitments, and equipment utilization
Monitor temperature-controlled freight procedures and DOT/HOS adherence
Partner with maintenance to reduce downtime and avoid service failures

What you bring

Dispatch background (1+ year preferred, not required)
Advanced English—clear written and verbal communication
Calm decision-making under pressure; strong follow-through
Comfortable with dispatch/TMS tools and basic analytics
Familiarity with DOT/HOS is a plus
Availability for the 15:00–24:00 weekday shift
