Flash developer

•3+ years Flash/Flex experience
•BSc or Masters in Computer Science or other relevant degree
•Excellent knowledge of Action Script 3.0 and knowledge of Action Script 2.0 and Flash CS4
•Experience in developing with AS3 Classes and creating components
•Strong understanding of software architecture design patterns and OOP concepts
•Experience guiding graphic designers to deliver artwork optimized for use in Flash projects
•Proficient at Client/Server Integration
•A good understanding of usability and interaction design
•Proven experience of managing and running a small team
•Excellent time management, collaboration and problem solving skills
•Excellent communication skills, incl. inter-personal skills & drafting project documents
•Competent grasp of English (Written and Oral)
•Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL.
•Design experience and good knowledge of the Adobe toolset will be an advantage
