Flash designer (banners)

our job:

Under general direction the Flash designer should perform creation of flash banners, flash web sites and graphical layouts
Successful candidate will work closely with the Digital Design team


Your profile:

Good design sense and proficiency in layout, banners and flash animation
Knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques
Good web user experience
Meeting productivity standards; completion of work in timely manner; ability to deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
Ability to follow instructions and accurate response to the management directions
Commitment to well executed, high-quality work
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships with co-workers
Willingness to further develop his/her design skills and technical knowledge


Specific technical skills and requirements:

Strong skills with Adobe Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator
Basic understanding of ActionScript programming
Interactive banner design experience will be a plus
