What You’ll Do:

Prepare and manage financial statements for owner-operators using the McLeod (TMS) system.
Categorize and ensure accurate reflection of driver expenses, such as fuel, maintenance, and other costs.
Process and deliver statements on schedule, ensuring timely communication to maintain driver satisfaction.
Address inquiries from drivers regarding their statements, explaining earnings, deductions, and charges clearly.
Input, verify, and update all relevant information within McLeod (TMS) for accurate financial statements.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary based on experience, salary starting from $700
Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 15:00-00:00, supporting U.S. operations.

What We Expect from You:

Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken) for effective communication.
Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), preferably McLeod or similar.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Excellent communication skills for resolving statement-related inquiries.
Prior experience in the transportation industry or with driver statements is welcomed
