ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Monitoring and forecasting of company cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Preparation, analysis and reporting of full monthly management accounts, by company according to IFRS.
• Run budgeting process in accordance with the timetable.
• Attendance at company management meetings with the senior management team.
• Presentation of financial information to Board of Directors on a monthly basis.
• Maintenance of Costing and Stock Control
• Supervision and delegation of finance team
• Manage debtors/creditors accounts officer to ensure debtors/creditors are paid in accordance with terms
• Develop, monitor and amend financial procedures and identify training needs
• Reconcile balance sheet control accounts.
• Assist with preparation of business/financial plans and due diligence
• Complete financial period ends and year-ends.
• Ensure work is planned and delivered on target.
• Dealing with banks and other financial institutions.
• Engaging in tasks and projects as the MD may require

SKILLS, BEHAVIOURS REQUIRED:
• Accuracy and attention to detail are vital
• Proficient in PC packages
• Team work but also able to work of their own initiative
• Self starter, ability to work autonomously
• Good time keeper, ability to meet deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
• Degree in Financial Accounting
• Experience in team management
• 3-4 years industry experience at management level.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint
• English is a must
