Financial controller

HR-Consulting, on behalf of its client, is looking for candidates to fill the position of: FINANCIAL CONTROLLER.

THE COMPANY:
- Multinational FMCG Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing financial reports, budgets, cost reports and financial forecasts on a regular basis.
- Prepare managerial reports and analysis.
- Responsible for the budgetary control.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Ensures an effective managerial accounting system.
- Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit with the approved external auditor.

REQUIREMENTS:
- B.A. in Accounting or Finance. Master degree is an advantage.
- 3+ years of experience as a Financial Controller or Auditor.
- Good knowledge of IFRS.
- Strong analytical skills, able to deal with ambiguous/complex situations and multidisciplinary projects.
- Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
