Financial Controller

Responsibilities:
# Reporting in IAS system;
# Supervision of the Audit process;
# Ensures an effective managerial accounting system;
# Monitoring and verifying of the accounting records in accordance with IAS standards;
# Preparation of monthly and ad-hoc reports the management and for the shareholders;
# Follow-up of cost accounting and local financial statements.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
# B.A. in Economics, Accounting or Management;
# 3+ years of experience as a Financial Controller or Auditor (preferably in an International Audit firm);
# Good knowledge of the Moldovan accounting system;
# Good knowledge of GAAP / IAS;
# Strong analytical skills, able to deal with ambiguous/complex situations and multidisciplinary projects;
# Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian;
# Good knowledge of Ms Office applications;
# Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
