Financial Assistant

Business & Finance Consulting (BFC) GmbH (www.bfconsulting.org) - consulting company specialized in development finance, offers a challenging job opportunity for Financial Assistant.

Duty station: Chisinau, Moldova

Job responsibilities will include:
• Keep track of company expenses;
• Prepare accounting, cash documents and reports;
• Perform planning and budgeting;
• Manage bank accounts and transactions;
• Provide financial support and advice to company offices in other countries;
• Maintain correspondence;
• Administer company office;
• Provide support to company staff;
• Solve day-to-day issues.

Requirements:
• University degree in finance, accounting or economics;
• Experience in finance or accounting is an asset;
• Work experience in an international company is an asset;
• Fluency in English and Russian; Good knowledge of Romanian;
• Computer literacy in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and good use of Internet;
• Strong analytical and reporting skills;
• Ability to work under constant pressure;
• Strong business correspondence skills and good communication skills.
