Financial Analyst

A large investment group with participations in a variety of industries opens the vacancy for the position of Financial Analyst.

The Financial Analyst will be a part of the Group’s Business Development team and will be principally responsible for the financial modeling of the Group’s development projects in the areas of real estate, hospitality and others, as well as providing investor reports.

This position requires a high degree of autonomy and good judgment and reports to the Head of Development Department.

Job Description
Collect and analyze financial information to produce forecasts of new business projects for use in making investment decisions;
Be fully responsible for the entire life cycle on the financial part of the project, monitoring, advising and reporting;
Collaborate with investment bankers to attract funds;
Monitor economic and corporate developments through the analysis of information obtained from financial publications and services, investment banking firms, government agencies, company sources, and personal researches.

Requirements
Degree in Finance or Economics, MBA & PhD is an advantage.
A minimum of 3 years of corporate finance experience;
Knowledge of real estate is desirable;
A minimum of 3 years of experience performing complex financial modeling and analysis;
Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques;
Knowledge of overall business strategy: business processes, revenue and cost components and drivers of these measures, customer behavior, profitability and return on investment modeling and general economic modeling;
Ability to prepare in-depth analyses, conduct research, and prepare reports and proposals;
Strong presentation and computer skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian and Romanian;
Ability to work in fast-moving, flexible environment;

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
Primarily 40 hours per week office work
Attending late evening and weekend meetings as required
Travel as required
