Business & Finance Consulting (BFC) (www.bfconsulting.com), a proactive and dynamic team with an excellent international profile, specializing in development finance, invites applications for a Finance Manager position.
Duration: Full-time
Duty station: Chisinau, Moldova
Job responsibilities:
• Coordinate budgeting and accounting in up to 10 countries of operation
• Ensure compliance with norms and procedures related to accounting and procurement
• Maintain and develop financial reporting tools
• Plan and manage liquidity
• Develop and implement a plan for the upgrade of current accounting software solution
• Supervise billing process and respond to requests from clients with regard to invoices
• Update accounting policies and procedures and provide training to accounting staff
• Manage a team of 3 persons, members of Finance Department
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
• Fluency in English and Russian, other languages would be an advantage
• Solid knowledge of accounting software applications, proficiency in MS Office and other computer skills
• Sound managerial and excellent communication skills
• Excellent writing and business communication skills in English
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under time pressure
