Finance manager

Responsibilities:
- Economic and financial analysis
- Modeling business processes of the production
- Budgeting activity, determining normative indicators
- Optimizing and minimizing the costs
- Preparing reports for management
- Working with the banks (credits)
- Representing the company in negotiations with customers and suppliers
- Ensuring economic and administrative methods of management focused on company profitability

Requirements for candidates:
- Good management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and relationship with customers and suppliers
- Resistance to situations of uncertainty and lack of time
- Honest, perseverance and result-oriented person
- Knowledge of accounting and management
- Advanced knowledge of PC (1C MS Office, especially Excel)
- Knowledge Romanian, Russian and English
- Driving licence
