POSITION PURPOSE: To supervise effectively all finance, procurement, HR & administration activities, and ensure their full compliance with PMI policies and procedures and local legislation requirements.
REPORTS TO: Field Manager
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
# Supervise & manage subordinates, identify for each of themindividual development needs
# Provide comprehensive support to the Field Manager in decision-making process regarding the staff recruitment to enhance further development of the organization
# Contribute to the organization budget planning/preparation
# Consolidate & timely submit the organizational budget proposals in line with respective budget instruction. Contribute to the cost effective utilization of allocated resources, manage & control Overhead expenses.
# Organize effective Representative Office’s procurement process
# Organize effective cash flow management, provide Management withregular cash flow forecasts and reports on Accounts Payable and Receivable.
# Timely execute bank transactions, organize business related insurance.
# Organize HR services administration. Ensure timely and accurate company social payments/statutory labor benefits to comply with the law.
# Organize accurate and adequate accounting records maintenance, ensure timely preparation and submission of statutory accounting tax reports
# Prepare ad hoc information and / or statistical analysis and reports upon the management request to facilitate monitoring of current activity of the organization and support decision making on necessary changes.
REQUIREMENTS:
# University Degree: Major in Finance/Accounting;
# Knowledge of local statutory accounting requirements, local tax legislation, local tax accounting and reporting requirement, IAS; 1C accounting software
# Overall Experience: 5-8 years in Finance
# Specific Experience: 3-5 years in accounting, preferably in Chief Accountant position in the international or solidlocal company;
# English – upper-intermediate
# PC skills (MS Office) - intermediate;
