Field manager

A multinational Retail Audit company is looking for an experienced Field Manager, responsible for organising and supervising the entire retail audit field operations and to ensure that fieldwork is carried out correctly, efficiently and on time.

Requirements for the candidate:
1. University degree or equivalent through experience
2. 3-5 years relevant work experience
3. Understanding of the local retail market environment
4. Computer literacy
5. Good organisation and communication skills
6. People management skills
7. Ability to lead a team of people
8. Enjoy outdoor work
9. Good command of the English language
10. Personal car

Main responsibilities:


• Ensure that the quality of information from the audit is as accurate as possible
• Ensure that the operation is run in the most efficient and productive way
• To ensure that quality control procedures of agents (Editing, call-backs, spot-checking, accompany etc.) are applied
• Oversee the quality of the work done by auditors and keep track of his/hers area retail shops.
• Assign auditors under his/hers supervision so as to improve their performance in terms of quality and productivity.
• Supervise on a daily basis the work done by auditors and be in a position to assess them.
• Track and document each auditor’s field performance through performance reports that will be submitted to the Field Manager.
• Recruit and train new and existing auditors.
• Train, evaluate and monitor productivity of auditors.
• Carry out performance appraisals
• Supervise the recruitment of retail shops
• Ensure brand lists are up to date
• Ensure data arrive at the office on schedule
• Prepare a Market report at the end of each period relying on the feedback of supervisors, auditors, personal controls, promotional activities, client feedback and other relevant information obtained during the period
• Close cooperation with the Statistics and Client Service department
