FEMALE SECURITY GUARD

Temporary position of 6 months.
We are looking for an applicant to perform a variety of security-related functions at the British Embassy.

Main responsibilities will include:
Control access to the British Embassy compound, including visitors to the Embassy.
Ensuring that no authorised items are brought onto the Embassy compound.
Checking of vehicles entering the compound.
Liaising between Embassy visitors and receptionist.
Security functions at the Embassy (at main offices and elsewhere).

Skills and experience required:
Previous security or guarding experience desirable but not essential.
Fluent Romanian and Russian language
Basic spoken English skills desirable.
Reliability and ability to work in a team.
Ability to respond flexibly to changing circumstances and deadlines.
Excellent health and physical condition.
Must be able to deal with visitors and members of the public politely and fairly.
