What you’ll do



Build, launch, and scale paid campaigns on Facebook
Test and improve creatives, audiences, and funnels
Monitor performance and adapt quickly based on data
Collaborate with a team of experienced media buyers and creatives



What we expect



Proven experience with Facebook Ads (lead gen, eComm, iGaming — any vertical)
Strong instinct for copy, angles, and what gets people to click
Focus and clarity under pressure
Analytical mindset and solid grasp of ROI and scaling logic
Initiative — you’ll have freedom, but outcomes matter
Openness to using AI tools to enhance workflow, speed, and creative output
