What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting CDL drivers (a must)
- Strong knowledge of the trucking and transportation industry
- Proficiency with recruiting platforms (e.g., Tenstreet, Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting the right people
