Experienced sales manager

DevelopmentAid is looking for a dedicated salesperson. DevelopmentAid is one of the fastest growing organizations in the development sector, which connects professionals, NGOs, consultancy firms and international donors active in the developmental sector. (www.developmentaid.org)

We currently employ over two dozen people in our Moldovan office. Due to strong demand for our services and in supplement to our sales team, we’re looking to hire an experienced sales manager with initiative and the creative ability required for this position. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales specialists looking to reinvent him or herself in this challenging role.

Responsibilities:
 Creating and developing our customer's portfolio, actively searching for potential clients
 Organizing sales calls, explaining our services
 Conducting negotiations
 Drawing up sales reports on a weekly basis

General qualifications required:
 University degree
 At least one year work experience (Work experience in the Sales, HR and/or International developmental sphere would be an advantage)
 Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written!) is a must
 Good computer literacy
 Knowledge of French, Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage

Location:
The selected candidate(s) will be based in our office in Chisinau and should be available full time (40 hours per week, standard working hours). No travel is foreseen as part of this job.
