Are you an experienced Reefer Dispatcher looking to join a growing, dynamic team? We are a U.S.-based logistics company seeking a highly motivated dispatcher to help manage our reefer operations.

What We’re Looking For:

We want someone who is:
- Experienced in dispatching within the U.S. trucking industry (reefer experience preferred)
- Comfortable with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, broker portals)
- Skilled in multitasking, working under pressure, and thinking on their feet
- Team-oriented, communicative, and highly detail-focused

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Booking loads and dispatching drivers effectively
- Managing load boards and communicating with brokers
-Keeping brokers updated and handling phone/email correspondence
- Planning driver routes and calculating trips efficiently
