What You’ll Do:
- Manage and support drivers on flatbed and step deck loads
- Book profitable loads and build strong broker relationships
- Plan smart routes and schedules for safe, on-time pickups & deliveries
- Handle calls, emails, and updates with professionalism and speed
- Keep accurate records of trips, changes, and important notes in our system
- Jump in on other operations tasks — we’re a team, and we get it done together!

What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ months of dispatch experience preferred — but we’ll train motivated fast-learners!
- Highly organized, reliable, and ready to solve problems on the fly
- Able to multitask and juggle multiple calls, loads, and driver needs
- Good communication with brokers, drivers, and the team — always professional
