Executive Manager - Logistics & Dispatch Company

Hey Roger Smith provides dispatch services for auto carriers across the United States.
As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Executive Manager to oversee daily activities and optimize internal processes.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized, strategic, and operations-focused leader with experience in a corporate environment
The ideal candidate is knows how to make things run smoother, and can keep the team performing at a high level!

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the dispatch team
Create, refine, and implement standard operating procedures
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and consistently meet objectives
Guide, support, and develop the team of dispatchers and administrative staff
Collaborate closely with all departments to align operations with growth strategy
Identify opportunities to streamline and scale the business
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations

Requirements:

Experience in operations leadership or executive management (Logistics, Sales, Services, etc.)
Solid background in corporate environments, with a focus on structure and processes!
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proven experience in leading teams and optimizing systems
Technical knowledge – CRM, analytics tools, productive software.
Initiative, solution-oriented thinking, and a growth mindset
