Executive Director

Job description:
You will be responsible for organizing, managing and acting on the association objectives, elaboration of the activities plan, collaboration with governmental and educational institutions, undertakings and PR activities on ICT image, carry out decisions made by the association, supervising association staff, reporting to the association board and general assembly.

This position calls for responsibility, determination and long-term commitment.

Requirements:
# Good knowledge of the ICT sector
# Organizational skills (project management experience / team management experience)
# Ability to handle large volumes of information in a limited timeframe
# Excellent communication skills and good English (both writing and speaking)
# Pro active position / contributing to the project
# Diplomatic skills, ability to convey your points and convince others

Advantages:
# Lead experience in similar associations / non government organizations
# Jurisprudence knowledge
# Experience of work in large/international projects is a plus
# Bachelor / Master degree in ICT is a plus

What is NAPOICTC
NAPOICTC is a new association of the ICT companies of Moldova aiming at improving the competitiveness of the Moldovan ICT sector locally and at an international level, raise the collaboration of the Moldovan ICT business community, improve the business and IT skills within the sector, work with the government to improve the prospects of the sector.
