HR-Consulting company (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its Client, Moldovan office of an international provider of gaming solutions, is seeking candidates for the position of:

Executive Director

Position purpose:

The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors, or consultants, in order to deliver projects according to plan.

Main responsibilities:

* To establish the Company’s major development objectives in line with the Company strategy, to identify business opportunities;
* To represent the Company in business relations with providers, customers and other authorities/organizations with actual/potential impact on the Company’s development outcomes;
* To ensure the Company’s management and to maintain a good relation network in order to allow the Company to successfully develop;
* Coordinate Product Development, Brand Management and Operations teams to ensure that the project satisfies requirements for all parties;
* Communicate closely with business analyst to ensure that the project reaches necessary quality for the target markets;
* Develop full-scale project plans and associated documents;
* Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes when necessary;
* Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.

Requirements:

* University Degree, MBA degree represents and advantage;
* Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience;
* Good project management skills, PMI Certification considered an asset;
* Highly motivated individual, with excellent communication and strong inter-personnel skills;
* Excellent team building/motivational skills, a “Can Do” attitude;
* Acknowledged and proven leadership skills, well organized with the ability to earn respect from and influence people;
* Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Internet technology;
* Fluency in English, Romanian and Russian.
