Position Overview
The Executive Assistant to the CEO of this technology company is a high-level executive support role that serves as the “right hand” to the CEO. The position requires the high-quality execution of standard administrative duties such as document preparation, research, travel and calendar management and related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, copy, translate, file documents and contracts
- Prepare, submit visas or immigration documents
- Search, book: apartments, hotels, cars, flights, tickets
- Maintain calendar
- Coordinate with US employees, lawyers, accountants, business contacts
- Online research on various topics - vendors, doctors, etc.
- Manage online presence and online accounts or subscriptions
- Educational research on nutrition, time management, books, internet, etc.
- Various other related tasks as needed
Required skills, education and experience:
- University Degree
- Fluent in English (advanced level)
- Laptop and smartphone (iPhone or Android)
- Takes initiative to begin and complete projects, and remind others of deadlines; A planner who thinks several steps ahead
- Scrupulous organization skills; Masterful at prioritizing, tracking and following up without guidance
- Positive, fun attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel
- Flexible to handle last minute changes, and calm under pressure
- Honest, trustworthy
- Extremely detail oriented
- Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
- Willing and able to travel
Would be a Plus:
- Lived in the U.S. for at least 3 months
- Experience in Customer Service
- Speaks German
- Romanian passport and/or USA visa
Starting Salary:
$600 - $1000 per month, based on experience.
