English teacher

ACORD Plus School is looking for experienced English teachers to work full-time and part-time.

We need:
- Outstanding, enthusiastic, and highly organized teachers
- Experienced in working with university students
-Age: 20-30
-Excellent knowledge of English, Romanian, Russian.
- Organize and provide lesson plans according to topics to be studied withing the deadlines a
- Assist in assessing changing program needs and offer plans for improvement of the lessons
- Provide a positive environment in which students are encouraged to be actively engaged in the learning process
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with students and other professionals on a regular basis
- Collaborate with other teachers and director in order to enhance the quality of English learning courses
- Ensure that student's learning process and achievement is continuous and appropriate for the certain level
- Participate regularly in all training and presentations of the school
- Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as: meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating, lesson plans
- Prepare classroom for class activities/lessons
- Provide a variety of learning materials and resources and using them in language learning activities
- Being able to show and keep authoritative character and position in the classroom
- Communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues and director regarding students' progress and needs
- Call the students who were absent after the lesson and the next day before the lesson
- Explain the lesson parts that were unclear for students after or before the lesson if asked
- Find the special individual approach to every student in the class
- Motivate, encourage and monitor the progress of every student
- Track all the information online so that others can see and evaluate it
