English speaking trucking dispatch team-leader

"LTM EXPRESS SP Z O O" is hiring for:
English Speaking Trucking Dispatch Team-leader
Poland - Warsaw

Purpose:
• To provide operational leadership to the Operations staff and Driver team.
• To manage the coordination of drivers, vehicles and routes to provide responsive service to our customers.
• To ensure the efficient and consistent scheduling of trucks.
• To improve customer satisfaction
• To provide hands on support to operations staff to ensure team is productive and work collaboratively with others
• To provide support to driver team to ensure they deliver excellent service to our customers

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous proven minimum 6-12 months work experience in the same position (trucking dispatch)
• Very high negotiation and communication skills
• Advanced English and Russian speaker
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Stress resistance and ability to manage and remain result oriented in the non-standard situations.
• Attentive on details, responsible and focus minded
• Desire to develop, grow and work in a team.
• Ability to put together a team of professionals
