Responsibilities:

You will coordinate activities related to customer requests for specific service
You will organize and plan the workflow and delegate responsibilities to the respective departments
Coordination with the testing department and responsibility for keeping records of the verification file
Responsibility to analyze and improve internal activities
You will establish and maintain relationships with clients and create reports for them
Coordination and incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, letters)
You will collaborate with the operational and financial department

Qualifications Required:

University degree is mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English(B2+)
Experience in this field would be a plus
Confident, very good communication skills, persuasive power
Responsibility, self-organization and willingness to work
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
