English and russian operators to work at home

ICare Solution is a B2B/C services company.
We are looking for proficient operators speaking enlish and/or russian to work at home full-time.

Requirements :

Higher than average level of english and/or russian (most importantly speaking english very well )
Operators with prior experience of either inbound or outbound calls,B2B,B2C will be given priority.
PC , good and stable internet connection,headset.
Above average user of common computer applications.
A fast learner and with an ability to understand and absorb new information
Your workplace should be quiet as to not interfere with your job.

We offer :

We are constantly negotiating projects that are either paid comission based or have a fixed rate.
The comission based projects will be discussed in private.
But for the fixed rate projects we guarantee 2 € / per hr.( 320 € / per month - fulltime)
