Role-specific activities:
Lead eRetail & FSA in Moldova;
Building long-term, mid-term and short-term eRetail & FSA plans;
Identifies growth opportunities & key levers to achieve them;
Seek opportunities behind new customers and engage with them;
Cross-functional collaboration within business unit;
Driving Quick test & learn mechanics of different initiatives and sharing with group and other BUs;
Ensure consistency in communication across channels;
Work closely with all partner systems on marketing plans, including the allocation of direct marketing expenses;
Active participation in customers’ agreements negotiations to support key account representatives;
Drive joint business planning to accelerate online business;
Launch and support eRetail & FSA tools.
Eligibility Criteria:
Sales or marketing experience, eRetail & FSA (e-Commerce) experience is an advantage;
Strong knowledge of MS Office;
Upper Intermidiate English.
Soft skills:
Collaboration skills;
Orientation towards obtaining results;
Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
