The Role
The Dynamics 365 Consultant will act as a subject matter expert for both internal teams and customers on Dynamics 365 projects, including implementations, customisations, integrations, and migrations. This role involves hands-on delivery, solution design, and advisory responsibilities to ensure successful deployment of tailored CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture
Lead or participate in design and architecture sessions with clients.
Gather and document business processes and requirements.
Assist in architecting Dynamics 365 solutions, including customisations, portals, and reporting.
Technical Delivery
Develop and configure Dynamics 365 forms, views, workflows, and dashboards.
Write technical specifications for planned work.
Create data migration and integration mappings.
Advisory & Best Practice
Advise clients on Dynamics 365 best practices for development, integration, and deployment.
Estimate effort for tasks and secure client approval.
Support & Maintenance
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Ensure quality through unit testing and adherence to coding standards.
Required Skills/Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience with Dynamics 365
Experience with Power Platform
Experience with Power Automate
Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and client interaction.
Professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to build trusted relationships.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Build integrations using tools such as SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
Develop custom components using C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.
Ability to code and customise using:
Languages: C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
Tools: Dynamics 365 SDK, Developer Toolkit
Data & Reporting: SQL Server, SSRS, Power BI
Experience with integration tools (e.g., SSIS, KingswaySoft, Azure Logic Apps).
